ALVILLA Kampung Cina is a cultural boutique hotel inspired by the elegance of Mek Kebaya and the timeless charm of Kuala Terengganu’s historic Chinatown.

Terms of stay

  1. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
    Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  2. Our reception operates daily until 10:30 PM. While we do not provide 24-hour front desk service, we encourage Guests to share their estimated arrival time where possible to ensure a smooth check-in experience.

    If you expect to arrive after 10:30 PM, please inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements. You may contact us via WhatsApp at https://wa.me/601120998196 or through the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.

  3.  If arrival details have not been provided, check-in instructions will be sent to the email address or phone number supplied at the time of booking, either one day before or on the day of arrival.

  4. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and accessible to facilitate a smooth check-in experience.

Booking cancellation

Free cancellation is available according to the cancellation policy stated below.

Any cancellation or amendment of booking must be made through the same booking platform used for reservation.

Failure to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may be subject to charges.
Parking

Public parking is available in front of the hotel and surrounding areas.

Guests may park on the Kampung Cina side (RM5 per day) or the Pulau Warisan side (local council parking rate), subject to availability.

Сancellation policy

  1. Cancellation of and/or amendments to your reservation(s) must be made 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellation and/or amendments made within 48 hours of arrival date / check-in will incur a cancellation fee of one (1) night's room charge.

  2. In the event of a no-show, all payment will be forfeited.

  3. Please note that if you have booked the Hotel through OTA, different cancellation policies may apply and all changes/cancellations need to go through the original booking site.

  4. All refunds will be subject to a 8% processing fee based on the actual booking amount.
