  • Al-Villa Kampung Cina

    These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations and stays at Al-Villa Kampung Cina, owned and operated by Mek Kebaya Cultural Village Sdn. Bhd. “Al-Villa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

    By making a reservation or staying at the Hotel, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • 1. DEFINITIONS

    “Guest” refers to the person making the reservation and all persons staying at the Hotel under that reservation.

  • 2. BOOKINGS, RATES & PAYMENT

    2.1 All rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

    2.2 Rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice unless a reservation has been confirmed with payment.

    2.3 Rates are based on the intended duration of stay. Changes to arrival or departure dates may result in rate adjustments.

    2.4 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment must be made fourteen (14) days prior to the check-in date.

    2.5 Promotional rates and special offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time unless payment has already been received and confirmed.

    2.6 Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • 3. SECURITY DEPOSIT (EXTENDED STAYS)

    3.1 For stays exceeding seven (7) consecutive nights, Al-Villa reserves the right to collect a refundable security deposit prior to or upon check-in.

    3.2 The deposit amount may vary depending on the duration of stay.

    3.3 The security deposit will be refunded within ten (10) business days after check-out, subject to inspection and deduction of any outstanding charges.

    3.4 Al-Villa reserves the right to deduct from the deposit any costs arising from damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other incidental charges.

  • 4. CANCELLATION POLICY

    4.1 Cancellations or amendments must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the arrival date.

    4.2 Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one (1) night’s room rate.

    4.3 In the event of a no-show, all payments made will be forfeited.

    4.4 Reservations made via Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective platform. All changes must be made directly through the original booking channel.

    4.5 Approved refunds are subject to an eight percent (8%) processing fee based on the total booking amount.

  • 5. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

    5.1 Check-in time: 3:00 PM
    5.2 Check-out time: 11:00 AM

    5.3 Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

    5.4 Guests are required to provide their expected arrival time prior to arrival.

    5.5 Check-in details will be sent via email or phone prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for ensuring that their contact details are accurate and accessible.

  • 6. HOUSE RULES

    6.1 Pets are not permitted on the premises.

    6.2 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests must maintain reasonable noise levels during this period.

    6.3 Smoking, including electronic cigarettes or vaping devices, is strictly prohibited in all rooms, balconies, and throughout the Hotel premises.

    6.4 Durian and Mangosteen are not permitted on the premises.

    6.5 Pork-related products are not permitted within the premises.

    6.6 Failure to comply with these house rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

  • 7. DAMAGE & LOSS

    7.1 Guests must take reasonable care of the room and Hotel property during their stay.

    7.2 Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their visitors, whether intentional, negligent, or reckless.

    7.3 If damage or loss is discovered after departure, Al-Villa reserves the right to charge the Guest for repair, replacement, cleaning fees, or associated costs.

  • 8. GUEST RESPONSIBILITY & SAFETY

    8.1 Guests are responsible for their own safety and conduct at all times while on the Hotel premises.

    8.2 Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the supervision, safety, and behaviour of minors at all times. The Hotel is not a childproof facility.

    8.3 Guests agree to exercise reasonable care when using all facilities, including but not limited to bathrooms, staircases, balconies, corridors, and common areas.

    8.4 Al-Villa shall not be liable for any personal injury, accident, or loss suffered by a Guest within the premises except where such injury is directly caused by proven negligence of Al-Villa.

     

  • 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    9.1 Al-Villa shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises, except where caused by proven negligence of Al-Villa.

    9.2 Al-Villa shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flooding, power failure, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

  • 10. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

    Al-Villa reserves the right to refuse accommodation, terminate a stay, or remove any Guest whose behaviour is unlawful, disruptive, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions, without refund.

     

  • 11. AMENDMENTS

    Al-Villa reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version shall be published on the official website and shall take effect immediately upon publication.
